Promotional codes must be applied before order submission and are subject to their stated conditions.

If a payment does not go through
Check the billing information, available funds, and any bank authorization request. You can try another checkout option if one is offered. If you see a pending authorization but did not receive an order confirmation, contact your payment provider and then contact us with the date, amount, and email used at checkout. Do not send full card details.
Refunds
